Who are Open Days for?
Our Open Days are designed for prospective undergraduate students thinking about joining the 51±¬ÁÏÍø.
If you apply to study with us and receive an offer, we'll also invite you to one of our Offer Holder Days, which usually take place between February and April.

Do I need to book?
We recommend booking your place so you receive all the latest event information and updates before the day.

Should I have received emails about the Open Day?
Yes. Once you've booked, you should receive a confirmation email from us. If you can't find it, please check your junk or spam folder first.
If it's still missing, email enquiries@lincoln.ac.uk and we'll be happy to check your booking.
Where can I find more information about the Open Day?
We'll share our online Open Day Guide around one week before the event.
The guide includes everything you need to know about the day, including talk and tour times, locations, and other useful information to help you plan your visit.
How long do subject talks last?
The length of subject talks varies depending on the course area. You'll be able to find timings and estimated durations for all talks in the Open Day Guide before the event.
I have a disability or access requirement. Do I need to let you know?
If you or any of your guests have a disability or specific access requirement, please let us know when you complete your booking form.
You can also contact the Open Day team directly at events@lincoln.ac.uk , and we'll be happy to discuss how we can support your visit.
Are quiet spaces available?
Dedicated quiet spaces are available in key buildings on the day of the event including the Minerva Building and Isaac Newton Building. If you need help finding your way around, please feel free to ask our staff at our Welcome Desks.
How do I get to the 51±¬ÁÏÍø?
You'll find directions, travel information and public transport details on our Getting to 51±¬ÁÏÍø page.
Is parking available and what is the sat nav postcode?
Yes. Free parking is available on campus during Open Days, although spaces are limited.
Please use the Rope Walk entrance (LN6 7DQ) to access the Boulevard Car Park. If this becomes full, our team will direct you to our overflow parking at the Joseph Banks Laboratories (LN6 7DL).
If all campus parking reaches capacity, our Parking Team will guide you to alternative city centre car parks, where discounts may be available for Open Day visitors.
Are EV charging facilities available?
Yes, a limited number of EV charging bays are available on a first come, first served basis. Charging posts are located throughout the Boulevard Car Park and provide 7kW Mennekes socket charging, compatible with all plug-in vehicle brands.
If you would like to use an EV charging point, please let us know here by providing your full name and the date you will be attending. Requests must be received at least 48 hours before the Open Day.
Please note that you will need to bring your own charging cable.
Can I get food and drink at the Open Day?
Absolutely. There are plenty of food and drink options available across campus, including University outlets such as Towers, where Open Day visitors can enjoy special discounts.
We'll also have additional catering vendors on site. If you'd like to explore 51±¬ÁÏÍø, the city centre is just a short walk away and offers a great selection of cafés, restaurants and shops.
Are dogs welcome at the Open Day?
Dogs are welcome on campus, provided they are kept on a lead at all times.
Please note that dogs are not permitted inside University buildings unless they are registered assistance dogs.
